A nod to the past.

A collection dedicated to the first 911 Turbo, which was presented to Louise Piëch, Ferdinand Porsche’s daughter, as a gift for her 70th birthday in 1974: a silver metallic Porsche 911 with plaid details and a turbocharger discreetly attached to the rear silencer. The plaid theme continues in the interior, where it makes quite an impression in combination with the red leather and red deep-pile carpet.
The first Porsche Turbo also had a small metal plaque on the glove box engraved with the owner’s initials, “LP,” and the inscription “Turbo Porsche N° 1, Stuttgart - Zuffenhausen, 29. Aug. 1974.”
